Lisa Richards - Registered Manager
I have been very fortunate to have had an amazing career in the care industry since September 1995, starting my career journey as a Support Worker and working my way up to Manager in 2004.
I joined Raven Support in May 2021 and I absolutely love my job.
I have worked across many areas of Health and Social Care, from residential to Community Support, with adults and children with LD, challenging behaviour, complex health needs and mental health needs.
I've had the pleasure of working with some incredible staff teams and customers and I've met some wonderful people who I will never forget, but here at Raven Support, I can honestly say I am very proud to be part of an outstanding team of people, who go above and beyond every day. This gives me the motivation and drive to ensure all of our customers receive exceptional support.
When I get the opportunity, I love to travel and explore the world. Spending 2 months in Ghana volunteering at a school was one of the most incredible experiences of my life and I hope to return one day.
Hannah Phippen - Co-ordinator
I have worked in the care sector for 9 years, 8 of those being in Mental Health. I have worked in various settings including residential mental health units.
I thoroughly enjoy now being part of a community-based team and have been with the company from the very beginning.
My progression from Support worker to Team Lead has enabled me to expand my knowledge.
Outside of work i enjoy spending time with family, my pets and going on holiday. My favourite places to go are Gibraltar and Greece.
Lily Fouracre-Moore – Team Lead
I have worked in the care sector for 3 years following my degree in early years, studying early years mental health inspired my passion for mental health which lead me to my job at Raven support.
I enjoy working with a wide verity of individuals all with different mental health needs. I have progressed from a Support Worker to Team lead which has been a huge achievement of mine.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, pets and going on holiday. I recently got married and am excited to spend my 1 year wedding anniversary exploring the world.
Elizabeth Andrews – Recruitment and Training
I have worked in the care sector for 9 years in a wide spectrum of roles.
I have a background of work in Graphic Design and Marketing which has married well with my care experience to aid my current position as a Recruiter within Health and Social care.
Outside of work I spend most of my time exploring marshes, woodlands and castles with my camera doing wildlife photography.
